About
Market information is everywhere. Understanding what matters is harder.
Sentra is a mobile market-intelligence product built to help you follow the companies you care about and understand what's actually relevant, without wading through everything else.
What is Sentra?
Sentra is a mobile app for following companies you care about. You build a watchlist, and Sentra tracks relevant news and market events for the companies on it — surfacing what happened, tagging its sentiment and significance, and summarizing it so you can stay informed without monitoring the market yourself.
Why Sentra
Market information is fragmented across many sources, and most of it isn't relevant to any one person. Sifting a general news feed for the handful of developments that actually matter to the companies you follow takes real effort — and a raw headline often doesn't explain why something is significant or what tone the coverage actually takes.
Sentra exists to narrow that down: fewer things, with more context on each.
How Sentra works
Follow
Add the companies you want to track to your watchlist.
Monitor
Sentra polls news and market-event sources for developments on your watchlist.
Understand
Each development is tagged with a materiality score and sentiment, and summarized for context.
Stay informed
Catch up in your Daily Brief, or turn on notifications for the developments that matter most.
Our approach to intelligence
Every tracked event gets a materiality score — how significant it is — and a sentiment tag describing the tone of the coverage. Neither is a signal to act on; they're context for understanding what happened. Your Daily Brief summarizes relevant developments across your watchlist in one read, and opt-in notifications tell you when something notable happens. Ask Sentra answers a set of supported questions about a company, event, or your watchlist, grounded in what Sentra has already tracked.
Our approach to AI
Sentra uses AI to summarize and explain market information already gathered by the product — not to make decisions on your behalf. AI-generated summaries and Ask Sentra's answers are grounded only in Sentra's own tracked data, never in open-ended user input, and every response passes through a safety check before it's shown, so it can't recommend buying, selling, or holding anything.
Sentra's AI does not manage a portfolio, execute trades, or provide personalized financial advice, and accuracy isn't guaranteed — AI-generated content is explanatory and informational, not a substitute for your own judgment.
